Our client based in Noble Park , is a 3PL Warehouse that specialises in the distribution of Linen, Manchester and Bedding products, proudly holding the position of top-tier distributors in this industry. They distribute all throughout Australia and New Zealand to major retail stores. They are currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Warehouse Storeperson, working Monday to Friday on day shift (8.30am - 4.30pm). About the Role:
This is a hands-on role that emphasizes manual unloading of containers and order picking. You'll be responsible for:
Manually unloading/loading containers with products weighing between 8-20kg daily, ensuring items are safely handled and stored.
Daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer demand, ensuring accuracy with every pick
Carefully receiving and checking incoming raw materials and spare parts, and storing them in designated areas.
Collaborating with team members to maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP systems, ensuring correct stock levels.
Assisting with stocktaking and replenishment in pick bays, ensuring all items are accounted for and restocked as needed.
Wrapping and securing pallets for safe distribution and putting away stock in designated areas.
Occasional counter-balance forklift driving to load & unload trucks
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including general upkeep to ensure a safe workspace.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous Warehouse Storeperson Experience - 3 years minimum
Victorian (or Australian equivalent) Driver's License
Capable of repetitive container unloading
LF Forklift License - 12 Months experience operating a counter-balance forklift
Strong picking & packing experience
Comfortable with regular container unloading
Knowledge of Linen, Manchester or similar retail products (preferred but not essential).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
Personal organisation and time management skills
