About the Company
Our client, a global leader in crane manufacturing, is looking for an Inventory Officer to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will play a key role in managing shipments, processing invoices, and supporting the finance department during month-end.
You will be required to work 38 hours per week, between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. Training and onsite parking will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter incoming cranes and containers onto Smartsheet
Update data in Smartsheet and other systems
Manage the receipting and invoicing of shipments
Handle receipting and invoicing for tail lifts
Process credit notes
Manage goods in transit and end-of-month (EOM) statements
Prepare purchase order (PO) and freight summaries
