Our client is seeking a Security Engineer to join their team and help contribute to the management and maintenance of all their internal infrastructure including private and public cloud, as well as operational infrastructure and desktop environments. This role will be responsible for a range of activities including the review of security tools and reports, managing remediation issues and support internal and customer systems. Primary Duties:
Develop and review security standards and policies
Contribute to hardening of OS Platforms, Application Servers, and Network devices
Audit Suspicious Activity
Implement strategies to measure compliance with security policies
Evaluate new and existing security technologies
Assist with Penetration testing of networks and solutions
Manage currency of cloud and internal systems
Assist with Infrastructure projects as required
Be available for occasional after hours works and support
