The Owl and the Pussycat Preschool is a friendly, family owned and operated centre located in Warriewood. We are a close knit community of staff and families that is currently looking for a qualified and experienced assistant director.
Essential Criteria:
ECT or Diploma Qualification Qualification
Working with Children Check (NSW)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Proven leadership skills in an ECEC environment
Ability to effectively support and lead large team
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements in NSW.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing exceptional care and education.
