The Project Home Builder Sales Support is responsible for supporting the Commercial Account Executives by providing outstanding customer service to Home Builders or Project Home Builders commercial customers and administering all sales orders.
- Manage the full cycle of customer orders, including responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, placing service calls and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes.
- Regularly communicate with customers and applicable construction site supervisors on the progress of orders, deliveries, service calls and any other issues that may arise.
- Ensure the Transport Teams are informed in advance of any delivery requirements specific to Project Home Builder customers.
- Collaborate with relevant business units to ensure a quality experience is delivered to all commercial customers.
