Status: Full-Time position (38 hours/week)
- Engaging with clients to analyze organizational structures, methods, and procedures related to in-store execution, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Conducting comprehensive operational reviews of client systems and procedures to evaluate organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
- Recommending solutions to improve organizational efficiency and in-store execution processes based on data analysis and industry benchmarks.
- Performing benchmark studies to ensure proposed solutions align with industry standards.
- Translating client requirements into actionable shopper surveys for data collection.
- Analyzing and evaluating the collected in-store data to derive insights and guide decision-making.
- Drafting and presenting detailed proposals to revise organizational structures, workflows, and in-store execution methods to resolve inefficiencies.
- Delivering findings and solutions to clients using dashboards, presentations, infographics, and other documentation formats.
- Advising clients on implementing more efficient organizational processes and in-store execution practices to address specific challenges.
- Assisting in implementing approved recommendations by issuing revised instructions and updating procedures as necessary.
