About You Experience in delivering training, especially in the warehousing and manufacturing industries Forklift license with a minimum 2-years high reach experience and the ability to train this skillset Certificate 4 in Training (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills About the Role Training & Upskilling: Identify and manage candidate training needs, coordinate induction schedules, and ensure staff are well-prepared to perform their roles Recruitment: Provide the branch team with advice on candidate placements, undertake recruitment activities and conduct WHS and other client site visits when required Onsite Training: Deliver onsite support and training for candidates, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment at the HOBAN DDC.
