Job Description
Rocket seeks an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and inspire their national team. You will be responsible for driving commercial success, managing brand plans, and sales forecasts, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will inspire a positive team environment, driving Rocket's culture and leading the national leadership team. Your responsibilities will also involve achieving sales budgets, managing the supplier portfolio, driving supplier reporting, and developing annual brand plans. You will evaluate and adjust sales performance strategies as needed, attend key supplier meetings, and review new supplier inquiries. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with brand owners and general managers, ensure team alignment with supplier expectations, and assist with national retailer relationships and meetings.
