This autonomous role offers a unique blend of corporate communications and on-site engagement, providing a stimulating and rewarding experience.
As part of our National Communications team, you'll play a pivotal role in:
Strategic Communication: Implement and manage initiatives aligned with our growth plans, primarily in New South Wales.
Content Creation: Craft compelling content that captivates clients and improves retention.
Event Leadership: Take charge of local events and campaigns, ensuring they align with our national efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to lead the promotion of NSW projects/business units through various communication mediums.
Award Submissions: Coordinate submissions for industry awards, manage photography and videography requirements, showcasing Georgiou's innovative projects.
What you're good at:
Beyond a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, we're seeking a confident, autonomous and effective communicator with:
Proven experience in a similar communications role, ideally in construction, professional services, or engineering.
Mastery of writing and content creation, coupled with robust project management skills.
Experience building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and Willingness to question existing approaches and propose innovative solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Working knowledge and network in the civil construction or related industries
Social Media Management experience
