Senior Payroll Officer for a service provider in Lower North Shore Sydney Your new company :
Join a leading service provider on the lower north shore of Sydney as a Senior Payroll Officer on a 12-month FTC. They cater to Australians on all walks of life and are supported by a culture of ongoing training and clinical improvement.
Your new role :
In this role, you will:
Process payroll and provider commissions accurately and on time per Service Agreements and company policies.
Manage and update employee data in relevant payroll systems.
Provide training and support for Human Force Time & Attendance system users.
Address and resolve payroll-related enquiries.
Prepare end-of-month journal entries for employee entitlements and payroll-related accruals.
Assist in generating end-of-month work papers and journals for accruals and commissions.
Compile monthly reports on overtime, headcount, and FTE, and distribute leave entitlement reports.
Ensure compliance with Australian Taxation Office PAYG Withholding requirements and manage superannuation accounts.
Prepare working papers and process returns for Workers Compensation, Payroll Tax, and other statutory obligations.
Maintain employer registrations with statutory bodies and adhere to confidentiality controls.
Update and manage Payroll policies on the intranet.
Deliver monthly financial reports using Excel and handle ad hoc reporting and finance tasks as needed.
