The HD Mechanic Specialist is accountable to increase the all-around performance, reliability, and availability of the traditional Caterpillar Fleet product line. This is a hands-on role with emphasis on providing team lead as required to ensure technical assistance and best-in-class support for the customer site maintenance teams and Westrac project work group. The HD Mechanic Specialist is the link between the Customer, WesTrac and Caterpillar for all Caterpillar Traditional Fleet product technical maintenance information, documentation, and continuous improvement with maintenance support process.
