The Lucas Group is searching for an experienced and dedicated Sales Agronomist to join our client's dedicated team in Leongatha, Victoria. In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships and provide sound agronomic advice to help your clients maximise their crop yields and farm productivity.
Your Role
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to understand their current and future requirements
Offer tailored advice and solutions relating to fertiliser, soil and plant nutrition needs
Conduct sales related activities to add value to the customer (end user)
Stay on top of industry trends and constantly communicate with client base to remain front of mind
Based on the agronomic needs of the client, promote and sell the appropriate products and services
Report to the management team on customer activities and sales volumes
