The opportunity
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the retirement village facilities are maintained and presented as professionally as possible at all times. This will include:
Communicating with village managers to complete maintenance works based on urgency and priority
Ensuring routine maintenance works are addressed within the required deadlines and documented accordingly
Completing general repairs and maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry, painting and gardening
