ABOUT THE BRANCH The Internal Services Branch is responsible for managing the Service Centre, Application Support, Automation, AI and Quality Assurance, ICT projects, and the Finance Information Environment and its supporting technology. The Automation, Artificial Intelligence & Quality Assurance Team (AAIQA) is responsible for assuring the quality of software and infrastructure solutions developed and/or deployed by the Division. We also develop RPA automations and support AI for the department. The team provides testing services for small to large projects across the department as well as support the BAU functions for application support and IT infrastructure.
