APG are currently recruiting for a Leading Hand for our client based in Bannockburn, Victoria.
With a strong focus on team culture, safety and fast paced environment, you will be required to be both physically and mentally fit, to ensure you become an integral part of their team and culture moving forward.
Heavy lifting will be required. Must be available Monday to Sunday.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Maintaining records for cost control and bird health
Supervising and training staff
Liaising with upper management
Ensuring all livestock are cared for
Understanding and implementing WHS Policies and Procedures
Cleaning of sheds
Vaccinations
Feeding
On your feet majority of your shift
