- Undertake receptionist duties to welcoming our guests to the hotel and inform them of facilities.
- Accurately check in/out guests using property management system.
- Ensure all guest enquiries and requests are attended to correctly and efficiently.
- Practice accurate transitions handling of credit cards, cash and company accounts.
- Operating the telephones including transferring incoming calls to the appropriate person in order to ensure all internal and external requests are attended to in a timely manner.
