We are seeking a highly motivated person to join one of our dynamic and professional commercial agency teams based in the Sydney CBD. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry. This is a great opportunity to develop fundamental marketing and real estate skills and grow within a highly motivated and successful team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with your team to co-ordinate the collation of reports, submissions, and other documentation
  • Assisting in the production of high quality marketing materials
  • Updating the company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate
  • Managing online listings on both Colliers website and third-party websites
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings where necessary
  • Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses as necessary
