The Position:
This hands-on leadership role requires planning and execution of seasonal menus across fine dining, boardroom catering, and high end function activity
Creating a positive work culture and mentoring your team to deliver to the highest standard
Liaising with client and other key stakeholders across the business to understand the scope of work required to achieve our partnership objectives
Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring & training
Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness, ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls are in place and comply with OH&S and HACCP
