Sous Chef or Chef De Partie | Elevated Cusine | $75K-$90K

Focusing on amazing food and gorgeous atmosphere we are looking for some amazing chefs to join the team. You will be working directly with the head Chef, a fantastic mentor opportunity, they will challenge you to be brilliant and plate some of the best food possible.
Ideally you will be across all sections of the kitchen and have strong protein skills, chargrill experience highly desired. This is not just a normal restaurant, every dish you create is unique and delicious.
Requirements

Must have trade qualifications
Be a strong communicator
Some management experience is desirable for Sous position
Knowledge of ordering, stock control and training and development of chefs
Come from a creative A la Carte environment
A passion for learning and increasing their culinary experience

Competitive Salary $70K - $75K Super for Chef
