The Role:
You will be exposed to different operations and aspects of the business which will help you to advance in your career and growth. You will oversee bars, dining outlets, functions, gaming and all staffing requirements, all reporting to the General Manager.
You will also have the chance to lead a team of professionals and train new employees with a focus on service and memorable guest experiences. You will be exposed to costing, P&L and KPI's as well as ordering stock, performing regular stock takes and general BOH.
To be considered for this job you will need :
Experience in a similar management role.
Strong Experience in food and beverage operation highly desirable
Be a community focused individual.
Have a hands on approach to the role and be able to support the floor team in every area
