About the role
As an Administrator in Member Services, your primary focus will be on data entry, administrative support, and some customer service over the phone. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting membership growth and retention strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience for members.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and support Branch Member briefings and membership-related events.
Collaborate with Member Services and Branch staff to enhance member experience and engagement.
Assist the Manager, Membership and Business Support with Branch Committee meeting papers and reports.
Contribute to Branch membership strategies and campaigns for growth and retention.
Perform administrative tasks to support Victorian Branch campaigns and membership renewals.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve member inquiries, and support administrative tasks.
Manage CRM database to maintain accurate information about members.
