About our client
Our client is a well-known business who are market leaders within their industry. Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Assistant Accountant to join their friendly and supportive team on an initial 4 month basis. You will work within the finance accounting team and report to the Finance Manager.
About the role
Reporting to the Revenue Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Assist with month-end and year-end financial accounting processes
Processing journals & GL uploads
Reconciliation - debtors, creditors & stock, balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
Daily cashflow
Maintaining the fixed asset register
Assist with AP/AR invoicing tasks where needed
Manage relationships and handle queries with internal and external stakeholders
