The Company Our client are a major manufacturing company that represents worldwide is seeking an experienced Client Service Officer on a temporary to permanent basis to work with a high-volume sales team.
The Role As an Client Services Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Building and nurturing existing relations with B2B clients
High level customer service across calls and email
Actively pursuing upsell opportunities
Monitoring inventory
Handling product recalls, refunds, warranty issues
Arranging Logistics/ Courier Eta's
Accurately updating multiple systems ( JDE, Salesforce)
Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney - Parking Onsite
Salary: $34/hour Superannuation
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am till 5pm
