CARDIAC SONOGRAPHER POSITION
Exciting new full-time permanent position opened for a Cardiac Sonographer in Mackay Queensland, near the Great Barrier reef. You have the opportunity to join an established cardiac care centre and join a wonderful team.
Position details:
- Cardiac Sonographer
- Perform transthoracic echocardiograms
- Perform exercise stress echocardiogram with a nurse under the supervision of a Cardiologist

- Competitive remuneration: $90,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)
Selection Criteria
- At least 1-2 years prior experience working as a Cardiac Sonographer is preferred
- Must be registered with Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
- Proficient Echocardiography skills
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Passion for Cardiac work
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficient English language skills
- Good patient communication and rapport
