Our Client is one of the largest employers in the NT, our client who supply the electricity generation and retail services across the region are looking for experienced high level Executive Assistants for immediate short term assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver senior-level administrative and secretarial support, including managing appointments, requests, and drafting professional correspondence promptly.
Provide secretariat support for meetings, including agenda and minute preparation, venue arrangements, and intranet maintenance.
Prepare and quality-check correspondence, assist with procurement, HR, IT, and other business documentation to meet corporate standards.
Support projects and ad hoc tasks as directed by the Executive Management.
About You
Strong organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Highly developed written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in document management systems.
Experience in senior-level executive administration.
Proficient Microsoft Office and document management systems.
