Our client, a global Crane Manufacturer, has an exciting new opportunity for a Shipping Clerk to join their Inventory team on a temp to perm basis.
Reporting to the Inventory Manager you will be responsible for receipting and invoicing shipments, assisting the Finance department in month end and general Shipping tasks.
This is temporary role with the view to go permanent. You will be required to work 38 hours between 7:00am to 4:30pm. Training and onsite parking will be provided.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Creation of OOA Jobs
Enter incoming Cranes and Containers onto Smartsheet
Update OA's in Smartsheet and GT
Allocation of assets in GT
Receipting and Invoicing Shipments
Receipting and invoicing for Tail lift
Enter in credit notes
Goods in transit- EOM statements
PO and Freight Summary
