The role provides high level, confidential and sensitive executive support to the Director Corporate Services and where required Executive Leadership Team and Managers of the Division. This opportunity will suit an Executive Assistant who is proficient, energetic and proactive.
About the role:
Strategic Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the director and direct reports within the Corporate Services Division, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Calendar Management: Organise and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Time Management: Prioritise a busy workload with competing deadlines and coordinate activities to ensure delivery of the business objectives outlined in Council's Delivery Program.
Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely and professional responses.
Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with attention to detail
