We?re looking for? a Store Operations Specialist to join our MECCA Eastgardens store in NSW on a fulltime basis.
Our store Operations Specialists are responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional in-store environment, enabling customers to self-serve for a seamless experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Keeping all stock managed and controlled
Ensuring shelves are replenished as needed and of a high standard
Managing and executing monthly Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotion set-ups
Ensuring store VM and appearance standards are met
Work closely with store leadership team to empower, train and develop the store teams performance on store operations tasks and procedures
