Reporting to the Glencore Coal Assets Australia (GCAA) Director, Environment & Community and the Land and Property Manager, this is your opportunity to be part of a team focused on managing our environmental obligations and residential properties across NSW and Queensland.
Your primary responsibility is to be the administration champion of the GCAA Environment and Community Team providing administration assistance as required. This includes assisting with travel bookings, arranging and providing administration support for meetings, assisting with accounting tasks, document formatting and publishing and general administration assistance as required.
You will be the document controller for the GCAA Environment and Community Team acting as the administrator of the GCAA Environment and Community site, establishing systems to set the expectations for publishing of both internal and external documents, be responsible for publishing documents and establish and maintain a document control system.
