About the Role:
Ensure that safe work practices are followed by all warehouse operators.
Responsible for reporting safety risks, near misses and incidents, including active participation in minimising and/or eliminating risk.
Ensure branch stock replenishment is maintained to hold inventory at the agreed levels.
Manage warehouse and logistics expenses for the branch in line with the set KPIs.
Actively work with key internal and external teams to ensure all deliveries are Delivered In Full and On Time (DIFOT).
Provide direction and leadership to warehouse and logistics staff to ensure all warehouse and logistics activities are carried out following established procedures.
Requirements:
3 years' leading and managing warehouse operations.
5 years of forklift experience.
