Were excited to offer a permanent, full-time positions for skilled Plant Operators to join our dedicated teams at our Quarries in Stonyfell, Seacliff Park and Lobethal. As the newest team members, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our quarry mobile and fixed plant equipment
Your day will involve:
Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) safely and efficiently.
Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.
Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
What are we looking for?
Experience with mobile plant operation is essential (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).
HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.
