Job description
THE ROLE As the Program Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful adoption of new business systems and processes within the Department as well as the introduction of digital delivery of specific services to the South Australian community. You will be responsible for leading all aspect of change management across the program. You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of technology and process changes on various individuals and groups and developing appropriate change management strategies and implementing plans that support effective communication and messaging throughout the program's life-cycle, minimise resistance and maximise adoption.
