We are currently recruiting for a Studio Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your New Role
As a Studio Administrator, you will be the key point of contact for ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide essential support to directors, staff, and external partners. Your role will involve managing the studio environment, coordinating events, and assisting with the day-to-day needs of the team. Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to Directors and staff
Coordinating meeting room bookings and arranging meetings
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Maintaining studio spaces, including kitchen, bathrooms, and meeting rooms
Organising corporate travel and assisting with event management
Handling client communications and coordinating social and client-focused events
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a professional services or creative environment. You must be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in office management systems and software such as Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Synergy or other project management software would be an advantage. Key skills include:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Synergy or similar software is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
