Volley Recruit is seeking skilled Carpenters, Roofers and Cladder to join our clients dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Constructing, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and roofing systems
Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials for both carpentry and roofing tasks
Inspecting roofs for damage and identifying necessary repairs or replacements
Applying waterproofing membranes, sealants, and other roofing materials
Collaborating with team members to ensure project completion
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, Roofer or Cladder
Solid understanding of carpentry and roofing techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
