As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the scale-up of laboratory batches and conducting rigorous process validation studies for their sterile products. You will also prepare comprehensive validation reports that accurately document the outcomes, conclusions, and recommendations of validation activities.
In addition, you will assess the operational feasibility of new product introductions and the installation of new equipment, providing valuable input into the design process. You will collaborate with managers and employees to identify and address production and quality system issues.
