Your new role as a Client Engagement Lead will see you responsible for the end-to-end intake from responding enquires from prospective clients through onboarding and handover to the service delivery team. All in a customer focused, responsive and proactive manner. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be based on South Brisbane with the option to work from home two days per week.
