The Role
Tax Compliance and Reporting:
Corporate Tax: Ensure timely and accurate filing of annual corporate tax returns with the Australian Tax Office, adhering to domestic and international tax laws.
Quarterly Reporting: Deliver quarterly tax reports for SEC compliance.
Transfer Pricing: Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies that align with Australian and global regulations.
Tax Consulting: Provide strategic tax advice to internal teams on business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. Collaborate with the Global Tax Function.
Regulatory Updates: Stay current with tax law changes and inform stakeholders of their impact.
