Position Overview:

As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our experienced educators in providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children in our daycare setting. No prior experience is required as we are urgently hiring and will provide comprehensive training and qualifications. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in early childhood education while making a positive impact on the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate activities and educational programs designed to promote children's physical, social,
emotional, and cognitive development.
-Support children's daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, while ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
-Engage with children in meaningful interactions, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
-Collaborate with the lead educators and other team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
-Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including setting up and tidying away resources and materials.

Qualifications:

-No prior experience is needed; we are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with young children and eager to learn.
-Must have a positive and caring attitude towards children, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
-Willingness to undergo training and obtain relevant qualifications in early childhood education (training will be provided).
