Position Description
Kalyra is seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Belair location in South Australia. In this role you will be responsible for enabling the delivery of high-quality services to clients through the analysis and problem solving of clients' needs, effective stakeholder engagement, financial management, and coordination of home support worker team members.

You have the following key areas of responsibility:
• Relationship Management - Maintain accessible and open lines of communication, professionally manage complaints, and collaborate across functions to understand and meet our clients' needs.
• Service Offering - Have in depth knowledge of Kalyra's products and services, identifying comprehensive referral opportunities for customers.
• Customer Experience - Enhance client "Quality of Life" by completing initial paperwork for consultant team assessments.
• Case Management - Identify key support areas, create comprehensive plans, and ensure all aspects of care are considered.

About You
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have:
• Diploma level qualification (or higher) and at least 2 years of relevant work experience/ or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current SA driver’s license
• Satisfactory police check/clearance
• Skills in case management
• Skills in personal care
• Sound leadership and team building skills
• Well-developed customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service and implementing continuous improvement
• Ability to plan work, establish priorities and service standards and delegate effectively
• Ability to work under broad policy guidelines but recognizing situations that need to be referred to the Team Leader
• Ability to effectively resolve conflict situations and deal with difficult people.
• Sound staff counselling skills
• Ability to produce clear, timely and concise documentation
• Well-developed communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Sound problem solving skills

Salary

If successful, you will be paid a salary between $73,150 - $75,000 per annum.
