Cutri Fruit is undergoing a high level of growth, and we are currently looking for hard working and energetic workers.
You need to be fit, healthy, fast on your feet, able to work under pressure and work well in a team. Have good knowledge of fruit growing and have an eye for detail.
Type of employment: Full time positions are available for up to 15 team members.
Duration: Seasonal / Contract work (38 hours p./w)
Remuneration: Starting from Permanent Level 1 -$46,358) per annum under the Horticulture Award 2020
About the role:
These positions are physically demanding and include:
• pruning· weeding • thinning • picking • packing • stacking • orchard hygiene general duties
• factory housekeeping general duties
About you
Selection criteria -
A successful candidate must: • Be honest and reliable • Be fit and strong enough to undertake repetitive physical work • Arrive to work prior to the designated start time to prepare for the day ahead· Use their best efforts to work at a consistently fast pace· Have the ability to communicate clearly in the English language • Have work rights within Australia for the full fixed term • You must care-about working hard, listening to and following instructions, caring about people they work with and about being safe in the workplace • Be willing to undertake pre-screen testing for fitness and drug screen
