Lead, People and Culture
We are seeking an experienced People and Culture leader to take the lead on coordinating all aspects of the People and Culture function across our organisation. Working closely with other Leads to ensure integration of corporate services and support leaders and teams. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Operations, your key responsibilities will include:
Fostering a collaborative, engaged and vibrant culture.
Proactively partner across the business as we work together to provide a workplace that gets better every day.
Support the UCWB strategic agenda through People and Culture activities and targeted initiatives.
Guide and coach managers to apply best practice HR principles and practices.
