Peoplebank are recruiting for a Senior Change Manager , to work on a complex ICT Program , based in the Adelaide CBD . As the Program Change Manager , you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful adoption of new business systems and processes . Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
leading all aspect of change management across the program.
Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of technology and process changes on various individuals and groups and developing appropriate change management strategies and implementing plans that support effective communication and messaging throughout the program's lifecycle, minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
Coordinating the design and delivery of training programs and support materials to empower users to effectively adopt new processes and tools.
