Your Role
As a Diversional Therapist you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients.
Your tasks will include:
Plan and implementing leisure activity programs for individuals to assist in their social development and promote their sense of wellbeing
Identify individual needs through task analysis
Evaluate and assessing clients' levels of abilities, interests, needs, strengths and weaknesses, and their ability to carry out a range of tasks and interact with others
Assist with training and supervising volunteers and staff
Maintain accurate documentation
