The Role
Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.
Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thymes menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsulas many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.
The Food & Beverage Attendants provide service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme), outdoor bathing areas and the Spa lounge, by:
Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables
Provide and explain menu items
Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team
