Position: Truck Driver

Key Responsibilities:
• Skillfully maneuver vehicles into position for efficient loading and unloading, ensuring operational timelines are met.
• Engage in the loading and unloading of vehicles using advanced lifting and tipping techniques, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of vehicles to maintain high safety standards and ensure readiness for safe operations.
• Calculate and estimate cargo weights to comply with load limitations, aiming for optimal distribution and transport efficiency.
• Secure goods effectively within the vehicle to prevent loss and damage during transit, ensuring cargo integrity.
• Review and verify loading documents, inspect condition of goods upon delivery, and coordinate with logistics to obtain necessary delivery certifications.
• Address and respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions that align with company standards and client expectations.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintain communication with dispatch and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and safety programs to enhance job performance and compliance with industry regulations.
• Offer recommendations for route and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Hours of Work: This is a full-time position requiring commitment to a typical 38-hour work week.

Required Experience: Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of reliability and professionalism.

Compensation: The successful candidate will be offered a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus superannuation, reflective of skills and experience.
