Job Description:
This role plays a key part in Publicis Groupe’s connected ecosystem for one of our major clients and will be exclusively focused on the delivery of their retail business. You’ll be part of a tight-knit PXP production team, onsite at our City Road office, collaborating with our broader teams across Saatchi & Saatchi, Spark Foundry and Digitas.
The primary role of the Senior Integrated Producer is to oversee and deliver all campaigns and projects successfully, ensuring they meet the highest standards – whether producing the project yourself or assisting other members of the production team on their projects. To achieve this, all projects must be directed according to best-practice delivery management, from briefing through scoping and development, to quality control and post deployment, in a time and cost-effective manner, with a key focus on exceeding agency and client expectations whilst maximising agency revenue.
Reporting into the National Director of Production, the Senior Integrated Producer will be responsible for leading a variety of projects from smaller, quick turnaround projects to fully integrated, large budget projects.
Day to day in this role, you’ll get to:
- Work on a wide and varied array of production jobs across multiple touchpoints – including broadcast, radio, digital, print, film, social and activations
- Champion best-practice 360 delivery management processes on all your projects – from briefing to scoping and development, to post campaign analysis. This is with a view to ensuring all projects are delivered time and cost effectively, and to the highest level of craft
- Work effectively with other Heads of Departments to identify areas of integration and encourage collaboration between departments
- Financial management including budgeting, cost negotiation, estimating, purchase orders, approval of invoices, and tracking of all internal and external costs to ensure each job achieves desired profit targets
- Work collaboratively with the Creative and Account teams on projects and educate other departments on key elements of the production process as well as innovations in the field
- Pro-actively contribute to and help maintain the agency database of best-in-breed specialist vendors/contacts (creative, production and technical vendors)
- Sourcing, negotiating, and liaising with relevant external suppliers to ensure that all work achieves or exceeds agreed schedules, budgets and standards
- Conduct regular reviews of suppliers and costs, and perform negotiations on behalf of clients
- Offer advice, based on experience, to other members of the team and to more junior members of the team
- Assist our Account Leads and Creative on dealing with clients on production issues that may arise, pro-actively consult with more senior members of the team on the best way forward and communicating the agency point of view
The person we’re looking for:
- Well organised and with great attention to detail. You will be a self-starter with a
passion for all things production and a strong interest in developing a career in fully integrated production management - You will be happy to work on your own as well as part of a team and be willing to get involved at all levels
- You will have excellent communication and literacy skills as well as a flair for numbers and are able to manage relationships across a variety of skill levels
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in an integrated production role, ideally within a creative agency or a busy studio environment
