The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing efficient production operations and ensuring timely delivery of orders. This role involves supervising a team of floor staff, participating actively in the manufacturing process, and upholding quality standards and safety protocols. Our clients produce electronics for a number of industries including Defence industry. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the Manufacturing Manager and floor employees, facilitating clear communication and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Delegate tasks to floor staff and monitor performance to meet production targets.
Oversee product quality and production efficiency to ensure timely completion of orders.
Monitor consumables and coordinate with the Production Manager for timely restocking.
Assist in the recruitment and training of production staff when necessary.
Conduct regular testing and documentation of product results to maintain quality assurance.
Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to enhance production procedures and processes.
