Our client, an ASX-listed gold exploration and development company, is seeking a highly qualified Fixed Plant Electrician to join their team.
Job Requirements:
Unrestricted WA electrical license;
WA manuals driver?s license;
Electrical Trade and High Voltage switching qualification;
Competent with reporting, completing electrical logs, and working on a work order system;
Hazard identification and risk assessment.
Position Duties:
Diagnose LV & HV power installations and conduct control system repairs, modifications, and adjustments;
Maintain motors, transformers, and other electrical apparatus;
Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, as required;
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures;
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes;
