This is an exciting opportunity for a driven investment profile to work for a local Private Equity group with strong focus in the alternate real estate asset classes.
As an Investment Associate, you will be across the following responsibilities:
Financial modelling to assess Investment opportunities and strategic transactions.
Preparation of Investment committee papers for new transactions, strategic transactions and development sites.
Assist in overseeing investment approvals, due diligence, structuring, documentation through to completion.
Strategic Asset and Portfolio Management where required, working with JV partners and consultants.
Work with the wider property team to promote business development opportunities.
Manage key stakeholders and build relationships with investors, development partners, tenants and financiers.
