We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team based at Pinkenba. This is a permanent, full-time role within the National Customer Service Team for our bulk products.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your days will be busy as you help customers to place orders, raise queries and look for information on their account activity. Some detective work will come into play for more challenging issues and you will have to utilise your knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders to get the best result.
